My husband bought my first Yorkie for me a few weeks after we were married in 1969. Her name was Rose. She was a beloved pet for the next 19 years. That was the beginning of my love affair with these sweet spirited dogs. I began show- ing in the 1980s but not often due to our family obligations of three children and our business . When our kids got older I found a wonderful mentor and through her help, I began my years breeding and showing. I am a strong believer in health testing every dog I show and or breed. My responsibilty as a breeder is to breed to the AKC

Puppy Sweepstake in November of 2015 and then started show- ing him in Junior Showmanship and in the Breed ring in May of 2016.
