REFLECTIONS ON THE CAIRN TERRIER

I live in an historic mid 19th cen- tury farmhouse, located in Sellersville, Pennsylvania, with my husband, eight dogs and six cats. Outside of dogs I enjoy gar- dening, furniture making, and painting. I have been in dogs for 40 years and have been judging for 30 of those years. KARI LOKEN I live in Centennial, Colorado. I am a program manager for a small national non-profit medical prac- tice transformation organization called HealthTeamWorks based in Colorado. I grew up showing dogs, winning my first pee-wee junior showmanship class when I was three, so that makes it, 37 years—yikes! I started judging Juniors in 1995 and Cairns and Kerries in 2011.
