Mother Nature threw the Classic a curve in 2017 and for the first time in the show’s history, the first day of the show on Wednesday was canceled because of snow. Then holding our breath, the forecast for Saturday evening into Sunday also called for some more of the white stuff. How- ever, this time the good ol’ leprechauns were on our side and the 4 to 5 inches of wet snow could only be found Sunday morning on the cars and not on the streets. Definitely, the Luck of the Irish was on our side and the last day of the show went on with out a problem. See you all next year at the show—with no snow!
