WPG: We have two logos for our Specialty, a color version, and primary black silhouette used on Logo Wear and fundraising items. The theme is “At the Farm” in connection with the Purina Farms Event Center with added activities like Hunting Events (our Korthal Cup Series) on Wednesday and Thursday proceeding the con- formation shows, Tracking on Thursday, September 20th, and Dock Diving on Saturday and Sunday. We will also be having ShowDogVideoPros.com professional videotaping our Sunday Sweepstakes and National Specialty, along with Live Stream Broadcasting the Sunday shows. 4. What is your best source of fundraising for the National? Does your catalogue bring in good income? Trophy donations? BH: Fundraising is a critical component of any National
P: 2018 National is Spetember 14, 2018 held at the Maingate Radisson Hotel in Kissimmeee, Florida. Breeder Patty Metzger (MUHLIN) is this year’s judge. WPG: This year’s AWPGA National Specialty will be held on Sunday, September 23rd, 2018 at the Purina Farms Center in Gray Summitt, Missouri. It will be held indoors. The sweepstakes judge will be Mr. Lonnie Carroll and the National Specialty judge will be Mr. James Fanhauser. We will have supported entries on both Friday and Saturday, September 21st and 22rd. It will be held as a Designated National Specialty as part of the Gateway Cluster of All- Breed Shows held September 21st-23rd. 3. What is the theme of this year’s show? BH: “Follow the Freedom Trail”. This event was initially scheduled to be held in Boxborough, Massachusetts, thus the Minuteman logo. BT: Rocky Mountain Round Up. IH: We are adding silver to rosettes and our top 20 event will be an elegant theme with blue and silver. IG: Our theme is Meet Me In St Louis. GSMD: We are celebrating the Rocky Mountains and the Great Salt Lake. NSDTR: Our theme is frolic in the fall.
