1. The AKC/Royal Canin National All-Breed Puppy & Junior Stakes com- petition is unique to the sport of dogs in the US. In your opinion, what significance does it hold for the sport? The opportunity for breeders/owners to have educated opinions on their future breeding stock and show dogs is significant. 2. The Finals of the Puppy & Junior Stakes competition is judged by a panel of three AKC judges. How does this compare with the “typical” judging assignment? It gives a consensus of valued opinions by breeders and judges chosen to officiate! 3. Breeders are proud to present their Puppies and Junior dogs to judges in the show ring. Based on this recent assignment, would you say that today’s breeders are producing quality purebreds that are true to their Breed Standards? The quality I had in the Toy Group ring was exceptional in the majority of the breeds! I was very impressed!
